THE STREET

Why do we take people on the street for granted? People who leave on the street are homeless but not hopeless.
Yes they are homeless not hopeless, they are the same people who takes care of our properties at night, they turn out to be watch dogs at night and hawkers during the day. They make sure that their place of hospitality is kept clean.
The street again goes through pain,in the sense that young girls are been raped, some been murdered and some continue as night workers to be able to take care of themselves.
What happens when it rains on the street? The same people who are watch dogs turn out to be helpless and do not have access to shelter.
For example hawkers who stay or shelter themselves at Tema station in the capital of Ghana go through alot when it rains but we also know that, majority of the ministries in Ghana are found around that area.
What do Ministers say about the situation at that area?Nothing I guess but when it's time for election you see these same Ministers go back to the homeless and helpless begging and making fake promises to them to vote them to come into power.
HMMM,THE STREET REALLY HAS ALOT TO OFFER.
